Clark County Park District Renewal Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Board of Park Commissioners of Clark County Park District, passed on January 12, 2026, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the Primary Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 5th day of May, 2026, the question of levying a tax, in excess of the ten mill limitation, for the benefit of Clark County Park District for the purpose of providing funds for the operation, maintenance, and improvement of the parks and recreation system that the county auditor estimates will collect $1,506,290.00 annually, at a rate not exceeding 0.6 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $21 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's appraised value, for 10 years. The polls for the election will be open at 6:30 a.m. and remain open until 7:30 p.m. on Election Day. Precincts affected: All Precincts in Clark County 4-21,4-28/2026
