Clark County Park District Replacement Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Board of Park Commissioners of Clark County Park District, passed on June 9, 2025, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the General Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 4th day of November, 2025, the question of levying a tax, in excess of the ten mill limitation, for the benefit of Clark County Park District for the purpose of parks and recreation that the county auditor estimates will collect $1942000 annually, at a rate not exceeding 0.6 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $21 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's appraised value, for 10 years. The polls for the election will be open at 6:30 a.m. and remain open until 7:30 p.m. on Election Day. Precincts affected: All Precincts in Clark County 10-20/2025
