Limestone St., Springfield, Ohio 45502 alleging that Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Clarence G. Massie and the Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Judith Massie are the owners of the premises known as and located at 360 Greenmount Ave., Springfield, Ohio 45505, Parcel No. 340-07-00028-209-012; that Norwest Bank Minnesota, NA as Trustee Under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement Dated as of September 26, 1997 Delta Funding Home Equity Loan Trust 1997-3 is a purported lienholder and/or party in interest; that said premises has been determined to be a public nuisance, such that plaintiff was appointed as receiver over the premises in Case No. 20234030 - The City of Springfield, Ohio v. Clarence G. Massie, et al., pending before the Clark County Probate Court; that plaintiff rehabilitated the premises, and now seeks to satisfy its administrative expenses by a sale of the premises through foreclosure; wherefore plaintiff demands that the premises located at 360 S. Greenmount Ave., Springfield, Ohio 45505, Parcel No. 340-07-00028-209-012, be foreclosed upon in satisfaction of plaintiff's lien on the premises.
