DELINQUENT TAX LIST NOTICE OF PUBLICATION In accordance with Ohio Revised Code (ORC) 5721.03, notice is hereby given that the first publication of the Delinquent Tax List will appear in this newspaper on November 20, 2025, and the second publication on the Butler County Auditor's website on November 26, 2025, where it will remain for two weeks. The list will include each property's parcel number, owner name, and total delinquent real estate tax amount. To Avoid Publication Pay the outstanding balance or enter into a Delinquent Tax Contract with the Butler County Treasurer by November 14, 2025, to avoid the first publication, or by November 21, 2025, to avoid the second publication. Eligibility for a contract is defined in ORC 323.31 and 5721.25. Additional Information Interest will accrue on unpaid taxes after November 30, 2025. Per ORC 323.25, property with unpaid delinquent taxes may be subject to foreclosure.
