EXHIBIT "A" Notice of Suit for Quiet Title in the Clark County Court of Common Pleas, Springfield, Ohio. Case No. 2026CV0621, Robert Mackey vs. Unknown spouse, if any of Eddie Gatewood, et al. Unknown spouse, if any of Eddie Gatewood and Springfield Real Estate, Inc., whose places of residence and business respectively, are unknown and whom cannot be served within the State of Ohio, will take notice that on June 30, 2026, Robert Mackey filed a Complaint as Plaintiff in the Court of Common Pleas of Clark County, Ohio, in Case No. 2026CV0621 against the above named Defendants alleging that the above named Defendants may have or may claim to have an interest in the real property located at 337-339 Fair Street, Springfield, Ohio 45506. The real property is more specifically described as follows: PARCEL NUMBER 3400700034302004; LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Situated in the City of Springfield, County of Clark, and State of Ohio and further described as follows: Being part of Lot No. 1712 and part of Lot No. 1711 as said lots are numbered and designated on the plat of Lewis S. Clarke's Addition, said plat is recorded in Volume 4, Page 57 and Old Plat Book 1, Page 143 of the Plat Records of Clark County, Ohio, and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a cut in the walk on the South line of Fair Street and cut being 94.4 feet east of the South line of Fair Street with the East line of Plum Street and also being 5.6 feet West of the Northeast corner of lot number 1712, thence with the South line of Fair Street in an Easterly direction 35.02 feet to another cut in the walk; thence on a line parallel with the east line of Plum Street in a southerly direction 104.59 feet to an iron pin; thence on a line parallel with the south line of Fair Street in a Westerly Direction 35.02 feet to another pin; thence and a parallel line parallel with the east line of Plum Street in a northerly direction 104.59 feet to the place of beginning. Defendants Unknown spouse, if any, of Eddie Gateway and Springfield Real Estate, Inc., may have or may claim to have an interest in the above referenced property. Plaintiff seeks a finding from the Court declaring the title to the above described real property to be quieted as to the interests of the above named Defendants and in favor of Robert Mackey; an order requiring all defendants to set up their interests in the above described real property or be forever barred from asserting such interests and granting Plaintiff all other relief, legal and equitable, as may be proper and necessary. Defendants Unknown spouse, if any, of Eddie Gatewood and Springfield Real Estate, Inc., is further notified that they are required to answer said Complaint on or before 28 days after the last week that the publication has run for three successive weeks, which dates are July 24, July 31, and August 7, 2026, or judgment may be rendered as prayed for therein.
