Larry Ried, whose place of residence is unknown and whom cannot be served within the State of Ohio, will take notice that on December 22, 2025, Robel Meimen filed a Complaint as Plaintiff in the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Ohio, in Case No. 2025 CV 06875 against the above named Defendant alleging that the above named Defendant may have or may claim to have an interest in the real property located at 156 E. Hillcrest Ave., Dayton, Ohio 45405. The real property is more specifically described as follows: PARCEL NUMBER R72062040059; LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Situated in the County of Montgomery, in the State of Ohio, and in the City of Dayton and being Lot Number 35942 of the consecutive numbers of lots on the revised plat of said City of Dayton, Ohio. Defendant Larry Ried may have or may claim to have an interest in the above referenced property. Plaintiff seeks a finding from the Court declaring the title to the above described real property to be quieted as to the interests of the above named Defendant and in favor of Robel Meimen; an order requiring all defendants to set up their interests in the above described real property or be forever barred from asserting such interests and granting Plaintiff all other relief, legal and equitable, as may be proper and necessary.
