Now, therefore, public notice is hereby given that I, Hillary Hamilton, Auditor of Clark County, Ohio, will sell such real property at public auction, for cash to the highest bidder for an amount not less than the court and publishing costs incurred on each parcel. The land has been selected by the City of Springfield as nonproductive land that it wishes to acquire and that, if at the forfeiture sale no bid for the sum of the taxes, assessments, charges, penalties, interest, and costs due on the parcel as determined under division (A) (1) (a) of Section 5723.06, of the Revised Code is received, the land shall be sold to the City of Springfield.
