FY 2026-2027 Annual Action Plan Update for Citizen Review The Draft Fiscal Year 2026 through 2027 Annual Action Plan is the City of Hamilton's strategic planning document that addresses housing assistance, economic development, public facility improvements, public services, and other neighborhood development needs. The Annual Action Plan Update will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) during spring 2026 or as requested by HUD. The City of Hamilton will use Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) entitlement funds to help meet the needs of low and moderate income citizens. The estimated entitlement amounts are $1,279,648 for CDBG and $330,444.17 for HOME. The City of Hamilton will make the draft available for comments from January 14, 2026 to February 14, 2026.
