WARNER FRANKLIN SHARP, JR., TANEKA SHARP KIRKLAND, MICHAEL THOMPSON, AND, STACEY SHARP DAVIS, Defendants Docket No. 24-CV-4840 ORDER OF PUBLICATION This matter came on to be heard upon the Motion for Publication filed by Petitioners, Brenda L. Harris and Regenia L. Wilkerson, and their request that service of process by publication be ordered in a newspaper of general circulation to bring Respondent, Warner Franklin Sharp, Jr., before this Court on a Complaint to Quiet Title to real property located in Meigs County, Tennessee. Based on the Motion, the Court finds that the Respondent, Warner Franklin Sharp, Jr.'s location is believed to be in Hamilton, Ohio, however, his address and whereabouts are unknown and that regular service of process cannot be had upon him. It is therefore ORDERED that a copy of this Order be published for four ( 4) consecutive weeks in the Daily Post Athenian published in Athens, Tennessee, and the Journal News, a newspaper of general circulation in Hamilton, Ohio. The Respondent, Warner Franklin Sharp, Jr., shall appear and make defense of the Complaint to Quiet Title and for Partition within forty-five ( 45) days of the date of the last publication or the same will be taken as confessed. Within the time frame, Respondent, Warner Franklin Sharp, Jr., is required to serve a copy of her pleadings upon Ginger Wilson Buchanan, Attorney for the Personal Representative, whose address is P.O. Box 1083, Cleveland, Tennessee 37364, or upon her failure to do so, the Complaint will be taken as admitted by her and the case set for hearing without her presence.
