The Petition was amended on October 10, 2025, based upon information relating to additional Respondents. 2. Efforts to locate Respondents, Kristin Wade, Charles R. Wade, Jr., Terri Fairfax LeBlanc, Horace Edward Hamlin, Jr., Horace E. Hamlin, Ill. and Grady Davis, Jr., are ongoing. 3. At this time, the whereabouts of Respondents, Kristin Wade, Charles R. Wade, Jr., Terri Fairfax LeBlanc, Horace Edward Hamlin, Jr., Horace E. Hamlin, III. and Grady Davis, Jr., cannot be ascertained with any reasonable degree of certainty, as determined by Petitioner upon diligent inquiry. 4. The Affidavit of Diligent Inquiry, executed by Petitioner's counsel, setting forth the facts in detail and supporting Petitioner's entitlement to the requested relief, was well taken.
