The object of the Complaint is to confirm and establish that Plaintiff is the owner of an undivided one hundred per cent interest in the real estate described as follows (the premises): Situate in the City of Springfield, in the County of Clark and State of Ohio and bounded and described as follows: Being Lot No. Four Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-Six (4966) in Lena Marmion's Addition to said city recorded in Plat of said Addition of said record in Plat Book 2, Page 157 (New Plat Book 5, Page 363) of the Clark County, Ohio Plat Records. pp# 340-07-00036-408-006 Commonly known as 327 Warren Dr., Springfield, OH 45503. The Complaint demands judgment ordering: a.) the title to the premises be found in Plaintiff, b) Plaintiff's title to the premises be quieted as against all Defendants and against any others claiming through or under them, c) all Defendants be required to plead or otherwise set up their interest or be forever barred, and d.) such other and further legal and equitable relief as the Court may deem appropriate. Any party to be served is required to answer or otherwise respond either within twenty-eight days after the publication of this notice that is set as the time to appear or within which to respond after service of the Complaint This publication shall be published at least once a week for six consecutive weeks.
