The object of the action is to adjudicate and remove any adverse, claimed, or possible interests of the Defendants in the real property commonly known as 4058 Vina Villa Avenue, Dayton, Ohio 45414, Auditor's Parcel ID No. R72-12415-0036, and to determine that Plaintiff, Robie Mayberry, is the owner of the property free and clear of any claims of the Defendants. The property is situated in the City of Dayton, County of Montgomery, State of Ohio, and is more particularly described as follows: Situated in the City of Dayton, County of Montgomery, in the State of Ohio, and being Lot Numbered 77,008 of the consecutive numbers of lots on the revised plat of said City of Dayton. Plaintiff seeks judgment requiring the Defendants to set up any interest they may claim in the real estate, and, if they fail to do so, forever barring them from asserting such claim; quieting title to the property in favor of Plaintiff Robie Mayberry; and awarding Plaintiff such other and further relief as the Court may deem proper.
