Morgan, but whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on May 12, 2026, Plaintiff, Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, as Owner Trustee of the Residential Credit Opportunities Trust IX-C, filed a Complaint in the Butler County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. CV 2026 05 1188, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 6653 Cloister Cliffs Drive, Middletown, OH 45042, being permanent parcel number E2220066000006 ("Real Estate"), and allege that the Defendants, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate. The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs of the Estate of Paul M. Morgan, is required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice.
