IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS BUTLER COUNTY, OHIO, to Defendants Ray Murray and Unknown Spouse of Ray Murray, you will hereby take notice that you have been named Defendants in a foreclosure case which was filed October 29, 2024 by Plaintiff being Case Number CV 2024 10 2165 in said Court, praying for judgment in the amount of $7,225.00 for assessments and late fees due and owing through January 16, 2024 plus $450.00 annually beginning January 1, 2025 for additional continuing assessments, plus $45.00 annually for late fees on future assessments not paid when due, plus the cost for the filing of the Certificate of Lien against the Property, and costs incurred herein plus all other reasonable attorney fees until paid in full or the Property is sold.
