The Defendants, Nicolas Zepeda II and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Nicolas Zepeda II are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice. In the event that the Defendants, Nicolas Zepeda II and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Nicolas Zepeda II failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
