Agle by deed dated October 21, 1947, and recorded in Volume 393, page 516, Deed Records of said Clark County; passing an iron pipe, on line at 43.2 feet; thence with the easterly line of said 0.77 acre tract, North 5 degrees 30' East, 105.7 feet to an iron pipe on the North Line of said Lot No. 11 and at the northeast corner of said 0.77 acres tract; thence with the said north line of Lot no. 11, South 83 degrees 52' East, 193.2 feet to the northeast corner of said lot, passing an iron pipe on line at 150 feet; thence with the east line of said lot, and in the east berm of the pavement of said Clifton Pike, South 5 degrees 30' West, 97.0 feet to the place of beginning, together with the northerly 20 feet of the 80 foot width of Possum Road as originally dedicated in the plat of said Green Hedges Addition, which 20 feet was vacated by order of the County Commission of said Clark County, finally passed on March 17, 1958.
