A Subdivision of 41.75 acres of land in Section 25, Town 2, Range 5, East, etc. made by the Westwood Realty Company and recorded in Plat Book "L" Page 87, Montgomery County, Ohio Records. Premises commonly known as: 4301 Freudenberger Ave, Dayton, OH 45417 Parcel No.: H33300905 0017 The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.
