Jackson LEGAL NOTICE The Defendant, Westbrooke Village Homeowner's Association, whose current address is unknown, will take notice that on July 28, 2026, the Plaintiff, Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, as Trustee for the benefit of the Freddie Mac Seasoned Loans Structured Transaction Trust, Series 2019-2, filed its Complaint in Case No. 2026 CV 04368, in the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 6465 Westford Road, Dayton, OH 45426, Permanent Parcel No. H33 01523 0008,("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendant, has or may have an interest in this Real Estate. The Defendant, Westbrooke Village Homeowner's Association is required to answer the Plaintiffs Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice. In the event that the Defendant, Westbrooke Village Homeowner's Association failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
