O'Connell LEGAL NOTICE The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Kent A Hollon and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Kent A Hollon, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on July 23, 2025, the Plaintiff, Citibank, N.A., not in its individual capacity, but solely as owner trustee of the New Residential Mortgage Loan Trust 2020-1, filed its Complaint in Case No. 2025 CV 04146, in the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 163 Queens Crossing, Dayton, OH 45458, Permanent Parcel No. 067-509-06-0053,("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants have or may have an interest in this Real Estate. The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Kent A Hollon and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Kent A Hollon are required to answer the Plaintiffs Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice.
