Warner, Deceased, whose current addresses are unknown, and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, personal representatives, beneficiaries, and their unknown spouses, if any, of Terry Jones, Deceased, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that, on July 15, 2026, the Plaintiff, Keith Jones, filed his Complaint in Case No. CV 2026 07 1747 in the Court of Common Pleas of Butler County, Ohio seeking a partition of the real property located at 631 Foster Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio 45015, Permanent Parcel No. P6462-017-00-0138 ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants have or may have an interest in this Real Estate. The unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, personal representatives, beneficiaries, and their unknown spouses, if any, of Dan E. Warner, Deceased and Terry Jones, Deceased, are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice. In the event that the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, personal representatives, beneficiaries, and their unknown spouses, if any, of Dan E.
