In the Matter of: The Appointment of a Trustee for Absentee Christopher J. Wintermeyer, An Absentee Montgomery County Probate Court Case No. 2025MSC00525 The matter of an Application to Appoint Trustee for Absentee Pursuant to R.C. 2119.01 And Request For Hearing And Notice Thereof Pursuant to R.C. 2119.02 ("Application") was filed by Theodore Wolfe ("Applicant"), by and through counsel, on November 14, 2025. The purported Absentee is Christopher J. Wintermeyer. A Motion For Service By Publication of the Application was filed on November 14, 2025, by Applicant, by and through counsel. Upon due consideration of the application and motion, the Court finds that a hearing on the application and notice of the hearing are required pursuant to R.C. 2119.02. The Court finds that no spouse of the Absentee is alleged to exist nor next of kin who reside in the state of Ohio exist for whom service of notice of the hearing is applicable. The Court finds that the last known address of Absentee as alleged in the Application is 310 East 500 South, #600, Salt Lake City, Utah 84111. WHEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that a hearing on the Application shall occur on Monday, February 9, 2026, beginning at 3:00 PM before the Hon. David D.
