This action has been assigned Case# 20250457 A and is pending in the Probate Division of the Common Pleas Court of Clark County, Ohio, 50 East Columbia Street, Springfield, Ohio, 45502. The object of the Complaint is to sell the real estate of the Decedent, Gerald David Bridge, said real estate being located at and commonly known as: 6 Danzig Street, Fairborn, Clark County, Ohio, Permanent Parcel #188-10-00011-117-005 and more particularly described as follows: Situated in the County of Clark, in the State of Ohio, and Township of Mad, and being all of Lot Numbered ONE HUNDRED SIXTY EIGHT (168) as the same is numbered, designated and known on the Plat of Green Meadows Number TWO (2) Holiday Valley Estates, Section TWO (2) as the same is recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 15 of the Plat Records of Clark County, Ohio.
