This action has been assigned Case# 20262023 A and is pending in the Probate Division of the Common Pleas Court of Clark County, Ohio, 50 East Columbia Street, Springfield, Ohio, 45502. The object of the Complaint is to sell the real estate of the Decedent, Naseem I Rahim, said real estate being located at and commonly known as: 6676 LaGrange Drive, Canal Winchester, Franklin County, Ohio, Permanent Parcel #010-251530-00 and more particularly described as follows: Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, and City Of Columbus, and being Unit 46E in Gender Park Condominium, together with the undivided percentage of the common area therein, as described, delineated, and numbered upon the declaration, bylaws creating and establishing a plan for condominium ownership of record, respectively, in instrument number 199802240040764 and all amendments thereto, together with a drawing thereof in condominium plat book 76, pages 81 through 84 and all amendments thereto, in the Recorders office of Franklin County Ohio. You are required to answer the Complaint within 28 days after the last publication of this notice which will be published once each week for three consecutive weeks.
