Scribner, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that the Estate of Bruce A. Scribner has filed with the Montgomery County, Ohio Probate Court an Application to Probate Lost, Spoliated, or Destroyed Will and will file and Application to Administer the Estate of Bruce A. Scribner who died on September 11, 2024. This notice is given to you as (1) the surviving spouse of the testator, (2) a person who would be entitled to inherit from the testator under Chapter 2105 of the Revised Code if the testator had died intestate, (3) a legatee or devisee named in the lost, spoliated, or destroyed will, or (4) a legatee or devisee named in the most recent will known to the applicant prior to the lost, spoliated, or destroyed will at issue herein. A hearing on the application will be held on the 22nd day of October, 2025, at 9:00 o'clock a.m. in the Montgomery County Probate Court, Courtroom #3. The Applicant has also filed an Application for Authority to Administer Estate in the above captioned matter, asking to be appointed as the Fiduciary of Decedent's estate.
