Case No. 26CV100350 Judge Peeler LEGAL NOTICE FOR SERVICE BY PUBLICATION Now comes Plaintiff, by and through counsel, and hereby submits the following legal notice for service by publication: In the Court of Common Pleas of Warren County, Ohio, 500 Justice Drive, Lebanon, Ohio 45036, Wen H. Wang, Plaintiff vs. Massie Construction Company Inc., Defendant, Case No. 26CV100350. Defendant, Massie Construction Company Inc., whose address is unknown and cannot be ascertained with the exercise of reasonable diligence, shall take notice that on February 16, 2026, Plaintiff, Wen H. Wang, filed a Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Warren County, Ohio on the docket of the Court. The object and demand for relief in said Complaint is to seek damages against the above-named Defendant as follows: Massie Construction Company Inc. was hired by Wen H. Wang to perform architectural and construction services at O N. Main Street, Springboro, Ohio 45066, Warren County Auditor Parcel ID No. 0408101023, Wen H. Wang complied his payment obligations thereunder, and that Massie Construction Company Inc. has performed deficient work, negligent work, incomplete work, caused damage, and abandoned the job. The Complaint includes civil claims for Breach of Contract, Breach of Implied Warranty to Perform in a Workmanlike Manner, Unjust Enrichment, and Negligence, and seeking damages in excess of $25,000.00, plus court costs, lost profits, replacement costs, delay damages, reasonable attorney fees and interest. Defendant, Massie Construction Company Inc., address unknown, is required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, which shall be posted once weekly for six (6) consecutive weeks. In the event that Defendant fails to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default may be entered against Defendant for the relief requests in Plaintiff's Complaint.
