L E G A L N O T I C E Unknown Heirs or Distributees of Georgia Mae Young, the identity(ies), last known and/or current address of whom/which is unknown, and the Representative(s) of the Estate of William Young, Jr. the identity(ies), last known and/or current address of whom/which is unknown will take notice that on the 14th day of February 2026, Sherri Young, daughter of Georgia Mae Young and interested party, filed her Amended Complaint in Case No. 2025 MSC 00619 in the Probate Division of the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio, 41 North Perry Street, Dayton, Ohio 45422-2000 against Defendants Unknown Heirs or Distributees of Georgia Mae Young, and the Estate of William Young Jr., seeking a determination of who and when title to the 719 Cleverly Road, Dayton, Montgomery County, Ohio 45417 property owned by Georgia Mae Young was vested immediately upon her May 26, 2002 death and praying for the following findings: (a) Georgia Mae Young died on May 26, 2002; (b) at the time of her death, Georgia Mae Young owned the property located at 719 Cloverly Road Dayton, Montgomery County, Ohio 45417; (c) Georgia Mae Young died intestate with then surviving childrenGina Downey, Sherri Young and William Young and no surviving spouse; (d) Gina Downey, Sherri Young, and William Young, Georgia Mae Young's surviving children, are heirs of Georgia Mae Young; and( e). as children of Georgia Mae Young living at the time of her May 26, 2002 intestate death, Gina Downey, Sherri Young, and William Young were then vested with title to the 719 Cloverly Road Dayton, Montgomery County, Ohio 45417 property in equal proportions. Each of said Defendants must answer said Amended Complaint on or before twenty-eight days from the last date of publication of this Notice or a judgment will be rendered as prayed for against any Defendant who/which fails to timely answer.
