Public Hearing: Major Amendment to a Planned Development: A request by applicant and property owner Jordan Wallace of Wallace Ventures to amend the approved planned development located at the northwest corner of Market Avenue and Union Road, known as parcel IDs 0703276021 and 0703276022, to revise the site plan by rearranging the proposed buildings and constructing a public street in the development. The proposed change to the approved planned development is considered a Major Change according to Chapter 1226.04(f)(1)B of the Middletown Development Code, requiring Planning Commission approval.
