Architectural Review Board Application Review: A request by applicant and property owner Staci Spurlock to construct a detached garage at Parcel ID Q6531070000028, commonly known as 612 Kenridge Drive, with metal siding rather than brick. Accessory buildings over 200 square feet in area must have the same approximate color and material as the front of the existing primary building if visible from a public street. When the above provisions shall not be met, the materials shall be reviewed by the Architectural Review Board. The application and supporting documentation can be reviewed on the 3rd floor of the City Building, located at 1 Donham Plaza, Middletown, Ohio 45042, at the front desk of the Community & Economic Development Department.
