Public Hearing: Area and Dimensional Variance Case #6-25: A request by Thomas Ferrell of The Clubhouse 365 LLC, applicant, for an area and dimensional variance for the property at 4482-4488 Marie Dr., to allow for a Recreational Facility (Indoors) Use Type within an existing commercial strip center, located in the B-2: Community Business District. The proposed use is permitted with standards; however, the existing commercial strip center does not meet the 50' setback requirement per Chapter 1204.09(d)(11) of the Middletown Development Code. Public Hearing: Area and Dimensional Variance Case #7-26: A request by Sara Bruenning, applicant, on behalf of First Presbyterian Church, property owner, for an area and dimensional variance for the property at 2910 Central Ave., to construct a 12' x 16' gazebo in the side yard of the property, where gazebos are only permitted in the rear yard per Chapter 1206.01: Table 1206-1: Permitted Accessory Uses and Structures of the Middletown Development Code.
