Legal Ad: 26-0253 NOTICE OF 2026 TAX INCENTIVE REVIEW COUNCIL MEETING The City of Middletown Tax Incentive Review Council (TIRC) will meet on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 1:00 P.M. in City Council Chambers located on the Lower Level of the City Building located at 1 Donham Plaza, Middletown, OH 45042. TIRC is a mandatory advisory committee outlined through the Ohio Revised Code whose function is to review all tax exemption agreements entered into with the City of Middletown. These include but are not limited to Enterprise Zone Agreements (EZs), Community Reinvestment Area Agreements (CRAs), and Tax Increment Financing Districts (TIFs). The board reviews the compliance and performance of each agreement and provides recommendations for the Middletown City Council to act on.
