Public Hearing: Appeal Case #5-26: A continuance from the July 1, 2026, Board of Zoning Appeals, for a request by Mike Wilkins of Wilcor Investments, applicant, for an appeal of the Development Code Administrator's determination that a nonconforming Automotive Sales and Leasing Use at 2226 S Main Street, was discontinued after 12 months per Chapter 1224.05(g)(1)(A) of the Middletown Development Code.
