The street vacation petition will require approval by Middletown City Council following Planning Commission's recommendation on the application per Chapter 1226.01 of the Middletown Development Code and Ohio Revised Code 723.04 et seq. Public Hearing Street Vacation Request: A request by property owner City of Middletown to vacate the right-of-way between parcels Q6521019000030-38 and Q6521022000020-26. The petition proposes the City vacate approximately 381 feet of right-of-way. The street vacation petition will require approval by Middletown City Council following Planning Commission's recommendation on the application per Chapter 1226.01 of the Middletown Development Code and Ohio Revised Code 723.04 et seq.
