LEGAL AD AND NOTICE TO BIDDERS Village of New Miami, Ohio ARPA/SLFRF Augspurger Ave. Reconstruction Project PROJECT NO. 22-052 Sealed bids will be received at the Village of New Miami, Ohio, Village Hall until 10:30 a.m. local time on Friday, February 27th, 2026, and will be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:35 a.m. or shortly thereafter in the conference room for furnishing the labor, materials, and equipment for the New Miami, Augspurger Ave. Reconstruction Project. This project is funded with Federal Grant Funds and shall therefore follow Federal Labor Standards Provisions. Contract documents, bid sheets, plans and specifications can be obtained at the offices of JWCI, Jones Warner Consultants, Inc., 8401 Claude Thomas Rd. Suite 51, Franklin, Ohio 45005 Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. at a cost of $125.00 per set, electronic documents are available upon request with payment. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. All contractors and sub-contractors involved with this project will, to an extent practicable, use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the Equal Opportunity Requirements of the Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, the Governor's Executive Order of 1972 and Governor's Executive Order 84-9 shall be required. Bidders must comply with the Davis Bacon Wage Rates for Public Improvements in Butler County, Ohio. The Village of New Miami reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject all bids.
