Legal Advertisement Proposals are due electronically through the County's OpenGov Procurement portal. Proposals are due before 1:30 pm on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, for Montgomery County Risk, Safety, and Emergency Management for PP-2025-0064, American with Disabilities (ADA) Coordinator. Said proposals will be opened by the Purchasing Director as soon thereafter as the opening can begin. All project documents are available on the County's OpenGov Procurement portal located at: https://www.mcohio.org/Bids. There will not be a pre-proposal conference. All questions must be submitted via OpenGov. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularity of proposals, should same be to the advantage of the county.
