Legal Advertisement Proposals are due electronically through the County's OpenGov Procurement portal. Proposals are due before 1:30 pm on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, for Montgomery County Sheriff's Office for PP-2026-0026 - Comprehensive Correctional Medical and Behavioral Health Services. Said proposals will be opened by the Purchasing Director as soon thereafter as the opening can begin. All project documents are available on the County's OpenGov Procurement portal located at: https://www.mcohio.org/Bids. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be conducted on Monday, May 4, 2026 at 10:00 am. The meeting will be held at the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office, 4th Floor Conference Room, 345 West Second Street, Dayton, OH 45422. All visitors must present photo identification and company identification. All attendees must RSVP by Friday, May 1st at 12 pm on OpenGov to attend. Please limit attendees to three people per firm. All potential proposers are required to attend this meeting and shall pay particular attention to the following provisions: a. The proposer shall examine the related documents prior to the pre-proposal meeting and be ready to raise questions concerning any unclear matter in the proposer's process. b. The proposer recognizes that the purpose of the pre-proposal meeting is to resolve ambiguities, inconsistencies, errors or omissions in the contract documents, and interpretations thereof shall be made with a preference to the accomplishment of the purpose of the contract, without additional cost to the Board. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularity of proposals, should same be to the advantage of the county.
