Legal Advertisement Proposals are due electronically through the County's OpenGov Procurement portal. Proposals are due before 1:30 pm on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, for Montgomery County Stillwater Center for PP-2026-0058 - Non-Emergency Medical Transportation. Vendors must have the ability to accept and bill applicable medical insurance, including Medicare, Medicaid, and other third-party insurers, for eligible services provided under any resulting contract. Said proposals will be opened by the Purchasing Director as soon thereafter as the opening begin. All project documents are available on the County's OpenGov Procurement portal located at: https://www.mcohio.org/Bids. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be conducted on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at 10:00 am, hosted at https://teams.microsoft.com/meet/222096485852951?p=r15sj40TlJ40a7Bizp. All potential proposers are required to attend this meeting and shall pay particular attention to the following provisions: a. The proposer shall examine the related documents prior to the pre-proposal meeting and be ready to raise questions concerning any unclear matter in the proposer's process. b. The proposer recognizes that the purpose of the pre-proposal meeting is to resolve ambiguities, inconsistencies, errors or omissions in the contract documents, and interpretations thereof shall be made with a preference to the accomplishment of the purpose of the contract, without additional cost to the Board. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularity of proposals, should be to the advantage of the county.
