Legal Advertisement Proposals are due electronically through the County's OpenGov Procurement portal. Proposals are due before 1:30 pm on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, for Montgomery County Community & Economic Development for PP-2025-0069, Lead Hazard Reduction Grant Program (HUD Funded). Said proposals will be opened by the Purchasing Director as soon thereafter as the opening can begin. All project documents are available on the County's OpenGov Procurement portal located at: https://www.mcohio.org/Bids. A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be conducted on Thursday, October 9, 2025 2:00 pm, hosted at 451 W. Third St, Dayton, Ohio 45422. 10th Floor (Community Economic Development).. Attendance is not required to submit for this project. Those who do plan to attend shall pay particular attention to the following provisions: I. The proposer shall examine the related documents prior to the pre-proposal conference and be ready to raise questions concerning any unclear matter in the proposer's process. II. The proposer recognizes that the purpose of the pre-proposal conference is to resolve ambiguities, inconsistencies, errors or omissions in the contract documents, and interpretations thereof shall be made with a preference to the accomplishment of the purpose of the contract, without additional cost to the Board. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularity of proposals, should same be to the advantage of the county.
