LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT Proposals will be received electronically through Montgomery County's OpenGov Procurement portal before 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, June 3, 2026 for Project No. 130090-63, Cityworks to Trimble Unity Upgrade for the Montgomery County Environmental Services Department. The Board of County Commissioners, Montgomery County, Ohio along with the Montgomery County Environmental Services Department in accordance with ORC 307.862 is seeking the services of a qualified firm to provide professional consulting services for this project. The complete Request for Proposals is available on the Montgomery County website at https://procurement.opengov.com/ portal/montgomerycountyoh A Mandatory Pre-proposal meeting will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 12, 2026. To receive the meeting invitation, please email PetryT@mcohio.org with the subject line: "Project No. 130090-63 Mandatory Meeting Invite" no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, May 11, 2026. Meeting details will be sent upon receipt of your request. In addition to the proposal, Forms 3 and 4 shall be submitted through the on-line portal. Montgomery County shall determine the best responsive firm based solely on the information contained in each statement received.
