Said proposals will be opened as soon, thereafter, as the opening can begin on the second floor of the building. Specifications are available at the Miami Valley Fire/EMS website, https://mvfea.com/ Proposals shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope identified as "Dayton Regional Hazmat Level A Suits" and must have the full name and address of the proposer on the envelope.
