LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) will be received electronically through Montgomery County's OpenGov Procurement portal before 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, April 1, 2026 for Project No. 130055-05, Walnut Grove High Storage Tank, for the Montgomery County Environmental Services Department. The Board of County Commissioners, Montgomery County, Ohio along with the Montgomery County Environmental Services Department in accordance with ORC 153.65-153.70 is seeking the services of a Qualified Engineering Firm to provide professional engineering services for this project. The successful firms shall meet the requirements for qualifications as listed in the ORC 153.65 (D) and have on staff a minimum of one licensed or accredited professional for each of the services required. The Mandatory Pre-qualification meeting will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 virtually via Microsoft Teams. In addition to the qualification statement, Forms 3 and 4 shall be submitted through the on-line portal. Montgomery County shall determine the best responsive firm based solely on the information contained in each statement received. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all submittals and to waive any irregularity of qualification statements, should same be to the advantage of the county.
