Legal Advertisement Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) will be received electronically through the County's OpenGov Procurement portal. SOQs are due before Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at 1:30 pm, for Facilities Management for PP-2026-0065 - Environmental Compliance and Design Services for Park Development. There will not be a pre-SOQ meeting. Questions can be asked, and all project documents can be viewed, at https://www.mcohio.org/Bids. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all SOQs and to waive any irregularity of SOQs, should same be to the advantage of the county.
