Legal Notice 1200-17 Notice is hereby given that the Dayton City Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, June 3, 2026 at 6:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the hearing can begin. The hearing will be held in the City Commission Chambers on the Second Floor of City Hall, 101 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio. The subject of the hearing is the following: Official Zoning Map Amendment Case: PLN2026-00053 A request to rezone 28.77 acres from I-1 (Light Industrial) and SGC (Suburban General Commercial) to SR-2 (Suburban Single-Family Residential) at the northwest corner of Brandt Pike and Schwinn Drive (containing parcels: R72217303 0059, 61-62). The applicant is also requesting a Planned Development overlay to allow for the construction of a new detached Single-Family housing development. The proposed Official Zoning Map Amendment is available for public inspection in the Office of the City Commission and with the Secretary to the City Plan Board.
