The hearing will be held in the City Commission Chambers on the Second Floor of City Hall, 101 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio. The subject of the hearing is the following: Zoning Code Text Amendment Case: PLN2025-00184 Regarding group homes, a Zoning Code Text Amendment to amend various sections of the Zoning Code to clarify terminology and provisions and update regulations to reflect experience to date and best practices. The proposed amendment will improve the administration and enforcement of the code. The proposed Zoning Code Text Amendment is available for public inspection in the Office of the City Commission and with the Secretary to the City Plan Board.
