Legal Notice 1200-44 Notice is hereby given that the Dayton City Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, November 4, 2026 at 6:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the hearing can begin. The hearing will be held in the City Commission Chambers on the Second Floor of City Hall, 101 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio. The subject of the hearing is the following: Official Zoning Map Amendment Case: PLN2026-00097 A request to rezone 2.57 acres for the properties located at: 427 Valley Street (including multiple other parcels), Dayton OH 45404 from MR-5 (Mature Single-Family) to CI (Campus Institutional). The proposal also includes a request to rezone 0.43 acres, located southeast of the intersection of Stanley Avenue and Valley Street, from ER-4 (Eclectic Single-Family Residential) to CI (Campus Institutional). These properties are identified via parcels: R72 05306 0039-50, R72 05306 0069, R72 05306 0075, R72 05110 0016, and R72 05111 0011 per the Montgomery County Auditor.
