LEGAL NOTICE Advertisement for Bid Village of Morrow, Warren County Sealed bids will be received at the Village of Morrow, Ohio, 150 E Pike Street, Morrow, Ohio 45152 until 2:00 p.m. local time on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, and will be publicly read aloud for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for the Village of Morrow, Welch Rd., Rehabilitation Project, Ph II. Official contract documents, bid sheets, plans and specifications can be obtained at the offices of Jones Warner Consultants, Inc., 8401 Claude Thomas Rd. Suite 51, Franklin, Ohio 45005 Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. at a cost of $125.00 per set. Electronic documents are available upon request with same payment. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all people interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. The owner intends for construction onsite to begin on May 26, 2026 and requires that this project be completed no later than August 7, 2026. All contractors and sub-contractors involved with the project will to the extent practicable, use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the equal opportunity requirements of the Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123 is required. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Warren County and the Village of Morrow, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Bureau of Wage and Hour Administration, 614.644.2239.
