Strunk, Deceased, whose last place of residence/business is unknown, but whose present place of residence/ business is unknown will take notice that on December 30, 2025, Union Savings Bank filed its Complaint in Case No. 2025CV06994 in the Court of Common Pleas Montgomery County, Ohio, 41 North Perry Street, Room #104, Dayton, Ohio 45422 alleging that the Defendant(s) Amy B. Strunk, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Amy B. Strunk, and The Unknown Heirs at Law or Under the Will, if any, of Amy B. Strunk, Deceased, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below: Permanent Parcel Number: R72 14209 0055; Property Address: 428 Bellaire Avenue, Dayton, OH 45420. The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant(s) in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
