LEGAL NOTICE Brett Pogozalski whose last places of residence/business are 357 Clinton Avenue, Hamilton, OH 45015, and 4719 Slade Drive, Fairfield, OH 45014, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Brett Pogozalski whose last places of residence/business are 357 Clinton Avenue, Hamilton, OH 45015, and 4719 Slade Drive, Fairfield, OH 45014, and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Natasha Carter whose last place of residence/business is 357 Clinton Avenue, Hamilton, OH 45015 but whose present place of residence/business is unknown will take notice that on July 31, 2026, Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC filed its Complaint in Case No. CV2026071893 in the Court of Common Pleas Butler County, Ohio, 315 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio 45011, alleging that the Defendant(s) Brett Pogozalski, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Brett Pogozalski, and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Natasha Carter have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below: Permanent Parcel Number: P6462010000164; Property Address: 357 Clinton Avenue, Hamilton, OH 45015. The legal description may be obtained from the Butler County Auditor at 130 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio 45011, 513-887-3154. The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant(s) in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
