LEGAL NOTICE CONTRACT 25-30, MCBRIDE COURT-GATEWAY AVENUE WATER SYSTEM LOOP OF CITY OF HAMILTON, OHIO Electronic bids will be received through Bid Express by the City of Hamilton, Ohio ("Owner"), until 2:00 pm, local time, Thursday, November 13, 2025, at which time bids will be opened publicly and read immediately thereafter at 345 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio 45011 for furnishing of all necessary permits, labor, material, and services necessary for: Contract 25-30, McBride Court-Gateway Avenue Water Main System Loop (the "Project"), as more fully described in the Contract Documents prepared by City of Hamilton (Design Professional").
