LEGAL NOTICE CONTRACT 25-42, OPWC CJ15AC, GRAND BOULEVARD-PARRISH AVENUE-SEE AVENUE-PARKAMO AVENUE- LINCOLN AVENUE WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT OF CITY OF HAMILTON, OHIO Electronic bids will be received through Bid Express by the City of Hamilton, Ohio ("Owner"), until 2:00 pm, local time, Thursday, January 29, 2026, at which time bids will be opened publicly and read immediately thereafter at 345 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio 45011 for furnishing of all necessary permits, labor, material, and services necessary for: Contract 25-42, CJ15AC, Grand Boulevard-Parrish Avenue-See Avenue-Parkamo Avenue-Lincoln Avenue Water Main Replacement (the "Project"), as more fully described in the Contract Documents prepared by City of Hamilton (Design Professional"). Bids will not be accepted after this time. Subject to the right of the Owner to reject any or all bids, the Owner will award contracts to the bidder(s) submitting the lowest and best responsible bid(s). Any questions must be received by the Owner through Bid Express no later than 2:00 pm, local time, on Friday, January 23, 2026 in order to provide an addendum to all plan holders. In general, the improvements on which proposals are requested will be as described below: 6,845 lineal feet of 8" ductile iron water main, 15 fire hydrants, 15 water main tie-ins, reconnection of 160 existing water services to the proposed mains with new services and curb boxes, install and cap 8 new water services to the proposed mains with new services and curb boxes, and other appurtenances necessary to complete the project.
