LEGAL NOTICE CONTRACT #26-07 WRF Filtrate Manhole Rehabilitation CITY OF HAMILTON, OHIO The City of Hamilton, Ohio ("Owner") will receive electronic bids through Bid Express, until 2:00 pm, local time, February 24, 2026. At which time bids will be opened publicly and read immediately thereafter at 345 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio 45011 for furnishing of all necessary permits, labor, material, and services necessary for: Contract #26-07 Filtrate Manhole Reconstruction Project (the "Project"), as more fully described in the Contract Documents prepared by City of Hamilton ("Design Professional"). Bids will not be accepted after this time. Subject to the right of the Owner to reject any or all bids, the Owner will award contracts to the bidder(s) submitting the lowest and best responsible bid(s). Any questions must be received by the Owner through e-mail no later than 2:00 pm, local time, on February 18, 2026 in order to provide an addendum to all plan holders. Reconstruction and improvement of the filtrate manhole connected to the Water Reclamation Facility dewatering equipment. Work includes rehabilitation of the manhole utilizing a structural epoxy lining system and the installation of a new frame and cover. Work also includes coring two holes into the Bio-solids building and two equally sized holes into the subject manhole for the purpose of and including installing two ductile iron pipes that will be connected to the dewatering equipment. Connecting this work to the dewatering system will be performed by others. The electronic bids can only be submitted through Bid Express and must be electronically endorsed by the Bidder.
